This bespoke wildlife-focused journey traces India’s most iconic forest landscapes, combining classic tiger reserves, elephant habitats, riverine ecosystems, and cultural heritage towns. The trail moves from the Himalayan foothills through Central India’s famed tiger corridors to the rich southern forests of Karnataka, offering immersive safaris, varied terrains, and carefully paced travel designed for wildlife enthusiasts and nature-focused travelers.

Itinerary

Arrive in India’s vibrant capital, where tradition and modernity exist side by side. You are met at the airport by our representative and transferred to the hotel. The remainder of the day is reserved for rest and acclimatization, allowing you to recover from your journey in comfort. Overnight at the hotel. 

Today unfolds Delhi’s many layers. Begin in Old Delhi, where narrow lanes echo with centuries of history. A guided walk through Jama Masjid and a private rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk reveal the soul of the old city. Visit Gandhi Smiriti; enjoy a refined lunch at a nice place. 

In the afternoon, explore New Delhi’s broad avenues showcase imperial architecture, with visits to Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar. Enjoy a refined lunch at a heritage venue before returning to your hotel for a relaxed evening. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast being the exciting trail by, driving north into the lush Terai region of Uttarakhand. As cityscapes fade, sal forests, river crossings, and mountain air welcome you into Jim Corbett National Park, India’s oldest and most evocative wilderness.

After check-in at your jungle retreat, the afternoon is kept relaxed—perfect for soaking in the forest atmosphere. As dusk settles, listen to the distant alarm calls of deer and the symphony of nocturnal insects. Overnight at the hotel. 

At dawn, venture deep into Corbett’s famed zones—Dhikala, Bijrani, or Jhirna—where towering sal trees meet grasslands and riverbeds. Corbett’s wildness is raw and untamed. Elephants move silently through misty clearings, gharials bask along riverbanks, and the possibility of a tiger encounter keeps every moment thrilling. A second safari in the afternoon offers a different mood—golden light, longer shadows, and heightened animal movement. Overnight at the hotel.

Early morning at 0530AM, leave for Bhaunkhal mountain drive. It’s a scenic drive between Corbett and Ramnagar division forest. From 300 metres to 1300-meter elevation range with a beautiful Kosi and Ramganga valley view. If lucky animals can be seen and Himalayan ranges from the top. Return to hotel. Breakfast at hotel.  Rest of the time relax at hotel.   P.M. go for another safari in any of the zones (as per availability) Jungle safari. Dinner and overnight at the hotel 

After a leisurely breakfast, check out and drive to Delhi. Arrive and check into the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Take a morning train to Jhansi at 0810/1235PM. Arrive Jhansi and transfer to Orchha (30-45 minutes drive) the historic Bundelkhand region. Arrive at Orchha, a medieval town frozen in time along the Betwa River. After check-in, enjoy a gentle walk through the village lanes and along the river ghats.  Explore Jehangir Mahal – a blend of Mughal and Rajput design, Raja Mahal – exquisite murals and royal chambers, Chaturbhuj Temple – towering and majestic, Royal Cenotaphs (Chhatris) along the Betwa River. Evening visit to Ram Raja Temple, the only temple where Lord Ram is worshipped as a king. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast check out leisurely and drive to Panna national park via Dhubela (60 kms) Drive through rustic landscapes to Dhubela Village, known for its quiet charm and historic fort. Visit Dhubela Fort & Museum, which preserves Bundela artifacts and royal weapons. Spend time interacting with locals, observing village life, traditional farming, and crafts.

After explore the village drive to Panna National Park, set along the scenic Ken River. After check-in, relax amidst teak forests and sandstone cliffs. Evening at leisure, enjoying bird calls and riverside sunsets. Overnight: Panna

Early morning jeep safari into Panna’s dry deciduous forests, home to tigers, leopards, sloth bears, and antelope. After breakfast, visit Pandav Falls or enjoy a peaceful Ken River boat ride (seasonal). A short drive brings you to Khajuraho, famous for its UNESCO-listed temples.

Explore the Western Group of Temples, including Kandariya Mahadev and Lakshmana Temple, celebrated for intricate stone carvings. Evening Sound & Light Show brings the history of the Chandela dynasty alive. Overnight at the hotel. 

Continue exploring: Eastern & Southern Group of Temples. Local markets for handicrafts and stone replicas. Optional activities include a cycling tour through rural surroundings.

After breakfast drive through central Indian landscapes to Bandhavgarh National Park, known for its high density of tigers. Arrive and relax at your jungle lodge, surrounded by dense sal forests. Overnight at the resort. 

Embark On An Early Morning Jeep Safari In The Tala Zone, Famous For Frequent Tiger Sightings.

After breakfast, relax or visit nearby tribal villages. Afternoon safari explores different park zones, offering chances to see leopards, deer, gaur, and rich birdlife.

Journey westward to Kanha National Park, inspiration for The Jungle Book. Rolling meadows replace dense forest, and vast sal trees dominate the horizon.

Evening at leisure allows you to absorb Kanha’s serene atmosphere—arguably India’s most beautiful national park. Overnight at resort.

Morning safari sweeps through expansive grasslands where herds of hard-ground barasingha, Kanha’s signature species, graze peacefully. Kanha offers classic wildlife photography—open vistas, dramatic lighting, and elegant animal movement. Afternoon safari continues deeper into core zones, increasing chances of tiger and wild dog sightings.

Early morning drive to Nagpur (5-6hrs) to board a flight to Bangalore. Upon arrival in Bangalore, transfer to the hotel.  Overnight at the hotel.

After an early breakfast drive into Karnataka’s forest belt toward Nagarhole National Park (Kabini). The landscape shifts dramatically—rivers, bamboo forests, and rolling hills.

Evening safari or boat ride along the Kabini backwaters reveals large elephant herds, marsh crocodiles, and prolific birdlife. Overnight at resort.

Morning safari is magical—mist rises from the river as elephants emerge from forest cover. Nagarhole is also one of India’s best places to spot elusive leopards. Afternoon safari continues through thick teak and rosewood forests, alive with movement and sound. Overnight at the resort.

After breakfast, drive to Dubare Elephant Camp, located along the Cauvery River. At Dubare, experience close, ethical interactions—observing elephants during bathing rituals, learning about their care, history, and conservation role. Evening is calm, surrounded by forest and flowing river. By afternoon drive to Bandipur (Forest Continuum) 120 km | 3.5–4hrs.  part of a vast connected wildlife landscape. Evening safari explores scrub forest and open woodland, excellent for elephants, gaur, and predators. Overnight at the resort
